To create an EV charging account or start a one off charging session, please follow the below steps.

- Download the StopNTop app from the App Store / Google Play Store

​

- Once the app is downloaded, you will be able to register, login or use the desired charge point as a guest.

Registration & Account Creation

​

- When registering your account, you will need to input all your relevant information as requested. Once the account has been finalized and you have created your password, you will be logged in. 

Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to add your payment card. 

​

- When the above has been completed, you can click the 'Public' icon on the bottom left of your screen and locate your charge point. 

​

- Once this has been located, you can click on the charging unit and swipe the green banner on the bottom of your screen to begin charging.

Using the Charge Points as a Guest

​

- Once the app has finished downloading on your device, click 'Continue as a Guest' located under Register and Login. 

​

- Once this has been clicked, you will be redirected to the public map. You can then search all the charge points in the area what are available to use. 

​

- For ease, you can click on the search icon in the top right corner and type in the Socket ID that is shown on the charge point you are trying to use. 

​

- You will be charged an Authorisation Hold fee and the final payment will be calculated based on the actual usage. The balance of funds, if any, will be reimbursed to your payment card.
